"Last week my personal laptop crashed. Even though my work computer is used the most, my personal laptop was great for keeping my finances, resumes, etc. on. I called Robert to get his advice on it and over the phone he knew exactly what happened and even gave me a detailed explanation of the inner workings of the hard drive. Within a day, I was back up and running with a new hard drive! Unfortunately, I was running a very old version of Windows (Me) which did not support my ISP's software at the house. Without even asking, Robert went above and beyond and built a whole new (new to me at least) system that was running the newer version of Windows(XP). To top it off, the new system is extremely fast. "I contacted Robert after a coworker recommended Robert and Edge Technology Solutions LLC. I was having computer issues on my home laptop and experiencing extreme slowness.
