Todd - Services Provided: Home Theater Setup (Electrical Receptacle Wiring, TV Wall Hanging, Shopping Assistant.)

Todd had purchased a great flat screen and home theatre system from one of the big retailers and for that reason he got a great price on the equipment.  However, when he told us how much they were going to charge him for the television mounting and speaker/component wiring, we could not believe it.  They were going to charge over $800.00 and were not even going to wire an electrical outlet behind the television or put the component wiring within the wall.  This is unacceptable for a quality home theatre system installation.  Additionally, they mislead Todd on the quality of the cables needed for certain connections.  We told him which components need high quality connections so that he could spend the least amount of money for the best possible setup.  This project took a little longer than expected due to the television being mounted on an outside wall. This meant that the electrical wiring had to go through three studs and that small wall patches and painting would need to be done.  Have a look at this project below from start to finish.  Click and hold on an arrow to slide the pictures left and right. Note that all wall patching and painting was done by the client.
